Professor of law, received her Bachelor of Law (1984) from the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL), and her Master of Law (1987) from Law Institute of Shanghai Academy of Social Science, jointed the International Law School of ECUPL in 1987. She received her Ph.D degree (2007) in ECUPL.
HE Shuzhong was born in Shanghai in 1962. After graduating from East China University of Political Science and Law in 1984, he became a teacher in China University of Political Science and Law. He began to work for the State Administration of Cultural Heritage since 1991, and now serves as the Counsel of the Department of politics and Law.
Hu Xinyu is the founder of Beijing Siheyuan Academy, a board member of the Beijing Cultural Heritage Protection Center, and a collaborating expert of the UNESCO Chair on Cultural Heritage Law.
