Protection of ownership of stolen excavated cultural relics--Comments on the case of Tianshui Chengji Museum

Since 2018, the Tianshui Chengji Museum has been charged with concealing the proceeds of crime by purchasing excavated cultural relics from tomb robbers, which has drawn wide attention from the cultural relics and museum circles. In this case, the ownership protection of the cultural relics involved in this case deserves further attention.
