赵智勇

赵智勇

赵智勇，山东济南人，副教授，法学博士、博士后，华东政法大学外语学院小语种及对外汉语教研室主任，硕士研究生导师。
法国克莱蒙费朗第一大学学士、硕士（2004-2009），2013年获得法律史博士学位。2014年至2016年进入华东政法大学博士后流动站（法律史），2016年出站后留校任教至今，主要研究领域为文化遗产法、法国法律史、法律翻译。
2011-2019年参加人民大学与法国克莱蒙费朗第一大合作举办的中法文化遗产系列研讨会，并在相关会议中做主题发言。
长期从事文化遗产法教学与研究工作，开设文化遗产与法、法国历史与文化等相关课程，公开独立发表多篇文化遗产相关论文和著作：2016年在法国公开出版博士论文La proetection juridique du patrimoine cultruel en Chine；2011年在《中国文物报》发表《教育是博物馆的灵魂》一文；2015年在法国Etudes du histoire du droit et des idées politiques期刊发表《Archéologie préventive : un obstacle pour la protection du patrimoine en Chine》一文；2016年在台湾International Policies and Regulations for Intangible Cultural Heritage期刊发表《Opportunities for the Protection of ICH in the Way of Copyright in the Intangible Cultural Heritage Law》一文； 2020年在波兰SSACLR期刊发表《The Human body in the Regime of Chinese Cultural Heritage Law》一文；2023年在比利时RDIDC期刊发表《La diffusion du droit français en Chine a l’épqaue colonial: étude des règlements de l’urbanisme dans la Concession française de Shanghai》一文。2012-2016年参与《文化遗产法学：框架与使命》、《文化遗产法：概念、体系与视角》、La protection du patrimoine culturel et naturel: enjeux et persperctives juridiques等论文集的编写与翻译等。
