LI yuxue, master of law, researcher of Chongqing Academy of Social Sciences, mainly engaged in the research of cultural heritage law and civil and commercial law. She has published more than 20 academic articles in “China Legal Science", "Tribune of Political Science and Law”, “Modern Law Science”, “Law and Social Development”, “Social Science Research” and" “Guangming Daily", "Chinese Social Science Today", "Legal Daily”, and “Chinese Cultural Relic Weekly”. She was employed as the legislative assistant of the Standing Committee of the People's Congres of Chongqing Municipal, and undertook several research programs and participated in the drafting of the national and local legal texts concerning cultural heritage. In 2016, She was invited by the Office of Legislative Affairs of the State Council to participate in the revision of the Cultural Relics Protection Law of China.

Her representative achievements of cultural heritage law include "Legal Thinking on the return of cultural relics", “Private Law Concerning Cultural Relics: in view of their protection” "Legal Considerations on Preventing Houses from Expropriation, Demolition and Destruction of Architectural Heritage".
